COVID Safety
In the recent months, we as a world community have all faced unprecedented changes and challenges as a result of the global COVID-19 ongoing pandemic. Physical distance may be required but we are close together in taking care of each other and our promise is to do as much as we can to help our guests and keep our villa safe.
The safety, well-being and health of our guests and staff is our central priority. As we begin to adapt to a new normal, we are committed to operating to the highest levels of health and safety vigilance, providing you with the safest, most comfortable and flexible experience while enjoying a high standard of service.
Personalized Care
As soon as your stay is booked our concierge will contact you by e-mail and/or phone call to learn about you and your wishes and requirements for your stay. When you arrive our concierge and staff will be there to receive you wearing protective facemasks and personal contact will not be encouraged.
Highest Hygiene Standards
We have established an enhanced cleaning protocol throughout the Villa. The whole house is deeply sanitized regularly, particularly between stays. Daily cleaning is thorough.
Our Staff and Team members
The health and safety of our staff is of the utmost importance during these times. Wellness checks for all staff members, training on personal protective equipment and mandatory wear as per local guidelines, daily temperature and health monitoring as well as regular PCR testing are conducted.
Requirements
Negative Covid-19 Test Requirement for All Travelers to the United States On January 12th, 2021, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced a new policy requiring all air travelers to the U.S. to present a negative Covid-19 test before boarding their flight. The test must be taken no more than three days before entering the U.S. and will be mandatory for all passengers starting on January 26th, 2021.
Help
To help you return home worry-free, we are working to ensure all guests can get a PCR test in the comfort of our villa. We have a doctor on call who will carry out the tests on-site and deliver your results in time for your flight. You can book a test for every member of your party ahead of time to ensure availability.
Stay Safe
Please be aware that it is ultimately your responsibility to follow all necessary precautions during your travel and stay. Stay safe. The WHO recommends practicing good hygiene to protect yourself against infection – by washing your hands frequently with soap or alcohol-based sanitizer, maintaining distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing, and avoiding touching your eyes, nose and mouth. If you become sick, please seek medical attention quickly.

We have two extra Queen beds that can be mounted in some of our rooms.
BABIES
We have a beautiful Oeuf NYC wooden crib, a travel crib and a Chicco newborn bedside bassinet available to be placed in any room. We also have a baby car seat available.
Food assembly for up to 24 people.
The regular working hours of our staff are from 8am to 9pm. The cost of service required in overtime is 25 USD per element of our staff.
